Rebecca Godwin

Rebecca Godwin has worked and studied across a broad range of fields including research, psychology, sociology, education and advertising and is passionate about social justice, public health and social research. Her career began in communications working as an Advertising Account Director and later as a Marketing Consultant, as well as completing a Diploma in Advertising. This sparked her interest in public health and community education, leading her to undertake a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) and Sociology and a Graduate Diploma in Education. At Swinburne University, Rebecca tutored Psychology and was a Research Assistant on papers related to health risks and interventions. She is currently completing her Doctor of Philosophy, with her thesis focusing on Social and Health Psychology, the Intention-Behaviour Gap and self-control. Rebecca joined drummond street services in 2019 as a Senior Research Officer where she has worked on a range of intervention assessments and research projects.
