Monique is a social worker with 10 years experience in the child protection field in New Zealand and Australia before moving into the community services sector, supporting the implementation of a state funded trial delivering early intervention in a multidisciplinary, client led framework.

As state wide coordinator of the Caring Dads trial in Victoria, Monique supported the operational and clinical implementation of the Caring Dads program across three sites, whilst maintaining clinical practice facilitating the Caring Dads program curriculum.  Monique is an accredited Caring Dads facilitator trainer.
